Holiday House Ursa

Ursa Holiday Home is a traditional coastal stone house, completely renovated to retain the traditional rustic look and feel, but with amenities to meet the needs and comforts of the modern guest. The house is located in the very center of Pinezići, it has an area of ​​90 m2 with a yard of 210 m2, where there is a private parking lot and a swimming pool of 30 m2, disinfected by the electrolysis process and heated in the period April-October.

There is also a brick outdoor grill and a covered terrace for dining and social gatherings. The ground floor of the house consists of a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped, including an oven and a Nespresso coffee machine. Together with the dining room and the living room, it forms one common open space that provides enough space for cooking, dining and social gatherings. The couch in the living area can be immediately converted into an extra bed for 2 people if needed. There is also a room with a washing machine and storage space on the ground floor. A wooden staircase leads to the first floor, where there are a total of three bedrooms (two bedrooms with double beds and one room with 2 single beds), further there are 2 bathrooms with a shower, of which 2 rooms have a shared bathroom and 1 room has its own bathroom and a balcony.

There are 2 air conditioning units in the house, each for one floor. Central heating is also available for the colder months, and a traditional large open hearth (hearth) located in the living room can provide a pleasant warm atmosphere.
