a beautifully restored, traditional stone house in the heart of Pinezići on the Island of Krk, Croatia. This charming villa perfectly preserves its authentic rustic character and coastal soul, while offering all the updated amenities needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

Heated Private Pool & Outdoor Living

Private Heated Pool (30 m²): Open April–November. It uses a skin-friendly saltwater electrolysis system (no harsh chlorine smell), perfect for kids and sensitive skin.

Mediterranean Courtyard: Features a traditional built-in brick BBQ grill and a covered dining terrace for al fresco dining and relaxed outdoor gatherings.

Cozy Rustic Layout & Comforts

Ground Floor: A warm, open-concept space connecting the living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, Nespresso machine, ice maker). The comfortable sofa converts into a double bed for 2 guests. Includes a bathroom with a shower and a practical laundry/storage room.

First Floor: A wooden staircase leads to three cozy bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Two rooms feature double beds, and one has two single beds. The master bedroom enjoys an en-suite bathroom and a private balcony, while the others share a bathroom.

Year-Round Comfort & Ambiance

Climate Control: Fully air-conditioned holiday home (2 units, one per floor).

Heating: Central heating and an authentic, traditional open fireplace in the living room for cozy autumn and winter stays on Krk.
