The apartment has all appliances and equipment such as: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, large 3D LED SMART TV (Youtube, Netflix), safe, two air conditioners, one for each floor. Guests can also use the yard with a covered terrace and outdoor dining area, large barbecue, solar shower, parking. This is the only apartment for rent in this house, there are no other guests, but the owner lives in the same house, in a separate apartment. Two smaller shops are only 100m away from the house. A very nice beach with 2 cafes / restaurants is 700 m away from the apartment, and it takes 10 minutes on foot or only 2 minutes by car. The staff speaks English, German, Italian and Croatian.
